The refund and cancellation policy at CustomBaba keeps the customer first.
We would cancel the order and refund money to the customer if we have not started working on the order.
If we have cut the fabric, we will not be able to refund the money.
If the customer had made a special order, where fabric of his/her choice was procured from the market for their customised needs, we will not cancel the order if fabric processing has started.
CustomBaba takes pride in its ethical practices and would help our customers completely in the refund and cancellation process where needed including swift refunds.
Payment policies at Custombaba for custom merchandise is simple. If your bill amount is less than 5000, you need to pay the complete amount in advance. If your bill amount is more than 5000, you can pay 50% of the amount in advance, and the rest 50 percent amount after your merchandise is ready, but before dispatch. All the amounts mentioned on the pricing page include all taxations, but do not include shipping. We do not take any profit from you in shipping and all shipping prices are of our vendor partners.
